Director of Development

Carson received his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College, which is a small private college in Southern California. He then did graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania. With a growing background in commercial real estate transactions, and specifically the economics and financial aspects of deals, Carson has been earned the highly-respected designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and he is now a proud member of the CCIM organization. Carson is licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon and Real Estate Broker in Washington. In addition to his time spent devoted to real estate development, Carson enjoys spending time with his wife, their twin daughters, Isabelle and Violet, and of course the family's four-legged child, Enzo.
