JR brings an extensive background in real estate and law to the team. As an active attorney in Oregon as well as acting as a principal real estate broker, JR has a unique perspective not commonly found in commercial real estate developers. Whether handling a basic real estate transaction, or defending claims of more than $100 million in a securities case in federal court, each experience adds to the unique nature of his background. Through Green Elk, JR offers his expertise to each transaction which many times alone adds significantly to the value our investors receive. From the legal, real estate and investment sides he has seen just about everything there is to see in terms of real estate acquisition and capitalization: that includes the good and bad.
